Mobilia Cleopatra offers two shipping options: Regular Curbside which usually takes from 4 to 8 weeks, and Expediated Curbside which usually takes from 1 to 3 weeks.

Curbside delivery includes the delivery of the order to the nearest accessible for transport area and unloading of the order to ground level. Prior to delivery our customers usually get notified about coming delivery, therefore, this may not be guaranteed. Customer has full responsibility in checking the condition of the packaging on the arrival.

Shipping costs for approved returns, exchanges, or claims remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

Delivery Policy

Furniture delivery is completed to the first floor only unless additional services are purchased. Assembly services, upper-floor delivery, white-glove delivery, and trash removal may be available for additional fees.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Confirming that furniture dimensions fit through entryways, hallways, elevators, stairways, and door openings;
  • Preparing and clearing the delivery area before arrival;
  • Protecting floors, walls, staircases, and personal property during delivery.

If furniture cannot safely fit through the entrance or delivery path, the delivery may be completed as curbside delivery only at the customer’s expense.

All furniture deliveries require an adult signature at the time of delivery.

Furniture Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect all furniture and packaging immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or packaging issues must be documented on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing.

Delivery insurance, if purchased, only applies to issues documented at the time of delivery. Claims not properly documented may be denied.

Videos showing the package condition and complete unboxing process may be required for defective merchandise claims.

Claims for defective or missing items must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Delivery Liability Waiver

By selecting in-home furniture delivery or assembly services, customers acknowledge that delivering large and heavy furniture inside residential or commercial properties carries inherent risks.

While Mobilia Cleopatra and its delivery teams exercise reasonable care, we are not liable for incidental damage to walls, floors, staircases, entryways, or personal property that may occur during delivery or assembly.

Customers seeking to avoid interior delivery risks may select curbside furniture delivery when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated furniture delivery times are approximate and may vary based on destination, freight carrier schedules, weather conditions, product availability, manufacturing timelines, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Additional shipping charges and extended delivery times may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Shipping Charges

Third-Party Delivery Services
