Sorrento Twin XL Daybed with Extension Trundle By Coaster Furniture

Twin XL Daybed with Extension Trundle for Flexible Sleeping

Make the most of your bedroom or guest space with the Twin XL Daybed, a practical farmhouse-inspired design that combines everyday comfort, guest sleeping space, and convenient storage. The Sorrento daybed features a grey wood finish that blends easily with a range of bedroom interiors while its extension trundle provides an easy way to create additional sleeping space when guests arrive.

Its fully slatted construction is mattress-ready, so no box spring or foundation is required. With two built-in drawers, the daybed also provides useful storage for bedding, linens, pillows, and other bedroom essentials.

Farmhouse Styling in a Versatile Grey Finish

The Sorrento’s farmhouse design brings a relaxed, welcoming character to the bedroom without overwhelming the space. Its grey wood finish offers a neutral foundation that works with both light and darker bedroom décor, making it a versatile choice for guest rooms, children’s rooms, lofts, and compact living areas.

Design highlights include:

• Rustic grey finish for an adaptable farmhouse look
• Wood construction with a sturdy, substantial appearance
• Twin XL sleeping surface for comfortable everyday use
• Clean design suited to bedrooms and multipurpose spaces

Extension Trundle for Overnight Guests

When additional sleeping space is needed, the built-in extension trundle pulls out smoothly to expand the sleeping area. This makes the Sorrento especially useful for accommodating overnight guests, sleepovers, or creating a flexible guest bedroom without dedicating an entire room to a second permanent bed.

The extension is designed around a second mattress setup, giving you a practical solution for hosting guests while keeping the room organized when the extra sleeping surface is not needed. A 6-inch mattress is recommended for the trundle.

Built-In Storage Keeps Bedding Organized

Two integrated drawers add valuable storage without requiring additional bedroom furniture. Positioned within the daybed’s trundle structure, they provide a convenient place to keep linens and other essentials close at hand.

Use the storage drawers for:

• Extra sheets and pillowcases
• Blankets and comforters
• Guest bedding
• Pillows and seasonal linens
• Everyday bedroom essentials

Each drawer is designed for practical household storage, helping you keep a smaller bedroom or guest area neat and uncluttered.

Fully Slatted Mattress Support

The Sorrento is designed to be mattress-ready with a fully slatted support system, eliminating the need for a separate foundation or box spring. This makes setup more straightforward while allowing the daybed to function as both an everyday sleeping solution and a convenient guest bed.

Its combination of pine, plywood, MDF, and poplar veneer creates a supportive wood-based structure designed for dependable residential use.

Smart Choice for Compact Bedrooms

A Twin XL Daybed can be especially useful when you want the functionality of a bed without sacrificing valuable floor space. During the day, the Sorrento can serve as a comfortable daybed for relaxing or reading; when needed, its extension trundle transforms the setup into a larger sleeping arrangement.

Its versatile footprint makes it well suited to:

• Guest bedrooms
• Children’s and teen bedrooms
• Loft spaces
• Small apartments
• Multipurpose rooms
• Home offices that double as guest rooms
