Mobilia Cleopatra’s Trade-In Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance & Evaluation

All trade-in items are subject to inspection and approval by Mobilia Cleopatra. We reserve the right to accept or reject any item at our sole discretion.

2. Trade-In Value Application

Approved trade-in value may be applied toward a new purchase, up to a maximum of 10% of the purchase price before taxes.

3. Minimum Purchase Requirement

To apply any trade-in value or store credit, the total purchase must equal at least 1.5 times the trade-in value.

4. Store Credit

Any trade-in value exceeding the 10% limit will be issued as a store credit for future purchases. Store credit has no cash value and remains subject to these terms.

5. Shipping & Handling Costs

Customers are solely responsible for all shipping, pickup, handling, and delivery costs related to trade-in items. These costs are not credited or reimbursed.

6. Valuation Basis

Valuation is determined at Mobilia Cleopatra’s sole discretion based on condition, age, brand, and marketability. Providing an original invoice may support valuation but does not guarantee value.

7. Promotional Exclusions

Trade-ins cannot be combined with certain promotions or discounted items. Free shipping promotions do not apply to trade-in transactions.

8. No Resale of Trade-Ins

Accepted trade-in items are not resold and may be donated to charitable organizations.

9. Right to Modify

Mobilia Cleopatra reserves the right to modify or discontinue the trade-in program at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Payments

Placing Orders

Customers can place orders on our website 24/7 at www.mobiliacleopatra.com. Upon confirmation of an order, customers will receive an immediate notification. If changes are needed after placing an order, please contact us promptly at sales@mobiliacleopatra.com.

No return or refund. All Sales are final.

You are responsible for what you submit.

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® credit cards for payment. Please
note that only one credit card can be used per order, as we are unable to split payments between cards.
At checkout, your credit card will be charged for the order full amount including taxes (if applicable) and shipping (if applicable).

Sales Tax

All merchandise purchases are subject to sales tax based on current state and local tax rates applicable to the shipping or delivery destination. The estimated sales tax is calculated at the time of purchase and includes the total selling price of each item, which may incorporate discounts, shipping, and processing charges. Actual sales tax charges may differ based on final factors at the time of credit card processing. The Customer is responsible for reporting the use tax to the local authorities for outside California sales.

Refunds and Cancellations

NO RETURN OR REFUND. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We operate a STRICT NO-RETURN POLICY for all handmade items.

Return Policy

  • All Handmade Items are sold “AS IS” with no return or exchange policy applied.
  • We will not accept any exchange or return on any used or assembled merchandise.
  • All returns’ shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense (No Exceptions).
  • All returned shipments must be freight prepaid by the customer with the RMA number (Return Material Authorization) and the original invoice.
  • All returned items must be returned with all of their accessories and in their original packaging with no writing or damage to the package.
  • There will be a 30% restocking fee for all returned items. (Call for details).
  • Any exchange for defective merchandise will be shipped after the returned item is restocked and whenever the replacement items are available in stock.
  • No Cash Refund. Exchange or store credit only.
  • Online accounts using Drop Shipments, Mobilia Cleopatra will not be responsible for any freight charges.

Claims Policy

  • Any claim for defective merchandise (other than handmade items) must be packed in the Original Boxes without any writing or damage to the boxes. Clearance items or items on sale are final sale items and cannot be returned. Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 14 days. After 14 days, there is no service agreement. No Exceptions.
  • Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise with a copy of the original invoice. Please e-mail: sales@mobiliacleopatra.com or call (909) 999-1442 and we will work with you to repair, replace, or return the items. 
  • Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through the freight carrier. Before signing the freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages. (Please make sure the carrier signs the freight bill for any damages).
  • For all damage claims, please have the original invoice and RMA number.

Cancellation Policy

  • All Canceled Orders will be charged 3% processing fee.
  • All Canceled Orders may take up to 14 business days to be processed..

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options within the continental United States:

    • Eco-Friendly Free Delivery (6 – 8 Weeks)
    • Regular Curbside Delivery (3 – 6 Weeks)
    • Expedited Curbside Delivery (Less Than 3 Weeks)
  • Shipping cost of returns for any reason (including product defects) is the customer’s responsibility and at their own expense

Delivery Policy

At the time of delivery, if for any reason our delivery team can’t get the furniture through your front door or the stairway, the delivery will be curbside drop-off only. Our delivery team is not responsible for finding a way to get the furniture inside your place. It will be the customer’s responsibility and at their own expense.

  • Delivery (if included in the invoice) is to the first floor only
  • Assembly and deliveries to upper floors (2nd or more) are available for additional fees.
  • Trash removal is not included (Available for additional fees).
  • All items purchased from the website are made pursuant a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss or damage and title for such items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier except if delivered by Mobilia Cleopatra.
  • The size and weight of your online purchase are factors that help us determine the most efficient delivery method.
  • An adult must be present to accept and sign for delivery.
  • All items must be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. All damages must be noted on the delivery receipt/ Bill of lading.
  • Delivery insurance (if purchased) will only cover issues that are noted on the delivery receipt/ Bill of lading. WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ISSUES NOT NOTED ACCORDINGLY.
  • Make sure your floors and walls are covered / protected prior to delivery as our delivery team nor the delivery carrier will be held liable for damage to your personal property.
  • Make sure the area is cleared for delivery. Our delivery team can not remove old furniture.
  • Missed delivery appointments may be subject to a second attempt delivery fee.
  • Should you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date in order to avoid a rescheduling fee.
  • For Curbside delivery Customers are responsible for getting professional installers to set up the furniture.
  • If you do not inspect your merchandise at time of arrival, and you or your representative signs the delivery contract , neither MOBILIA CLEOPATRA nor the delivery team will be liable for any damage claim.
  • Videos are required to claim defective merchandise showing the package condition and the entire unboxing process .No exception
  • We will not accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed, or assembled merchandise.
  • Any claim for defective merchandise must be packed in the original Boxes without any writing on the box.

By opting for in-home delivery and assembly, you recognize that handling large or heavy furniture within residential spaces can involve inherent risks. While our team exercises utmost care, you agree that Mobilia Cleopatra, its staff, and contractors shall not be liable for any incidental damage to walls, floors, staircases, or property arising during delivery. Any necessary repairs will be your sole responsibility. This waiver is standard practice to reflect the complexities of on-site assembly. Should you prefer zero interior risk, we offer curbside delivery as an alternative service.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment and may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and carrier delays.

Shipping Restrictions

We regret that we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional shipping charges and longer delivery times.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Charges

Third-Party Delivery Option
