Launces 5-Drawer Chest in Espresso

The Launces chest (CM-AC119EX) from Furniture of America is a compact transitional 5-drawer chest in espresso.

Design and materials

• Style: Transitional
• Color: espresso
• Materials: solid wood, wood veneer and others
• Drawers: 5
• Size: 18 1/2 inches wide, 15 1/4 inches deep, 46 1/2 inches tall

The narrow footprint suits entryways and small rooms. Five drawers stacked in a 46 1/2 inch frame keep clothes, linens or craft supplies sorted, and the espresso finish blends with darker bedroom furniture.

Sizing and placement

At 15 1/4 inches deep it takes little floor, but leave about 30 inches in front so drawers open. Because the chest is only 18 1/2 inches wide, it also fits a gap between a door and a wall, as long as the top drawer can open without catching the frame.
