Stanton Black Counter Height Dining Set By Coaster Furniture

A Contemporary Dining Set

The Stanton Black Counter Height Dining Set combines a square table with eight upholstered chairs in a coordinated nine-piece arrangement. Black table and chair frames create a unified foundation, while Gray velvet upholstery provides contrast. Designed for a dining room, the set pairs a clean-lined tabletop with a sculptural pedestal for a contemporary look.

With its counter-height table and matching chairs, the set brings the pieces together in one dining arrangement. The square top gives the table its geometry, while the upholstered chairs introduce a softer texture alongside the wood surfaces. The contrast between the frames and upholstery is central to the set’s design.

Square Table and Sculptural Base

Tabletop

The square tabletop has straight edges and a Black finish that continues down to the base. Its equal width and depth create a balanced shape suited to the eight-chair arrangement. The table stands at counter height, coordinating with the taller proportions of the included chairs.

Wave-Inspired Pedestal

Beneath the top, a geometric pedestal gives the table its distinctive appearance. The base features a subtle wave-inspired texture, with horizontal detailing that adds visual interest from several sides. Its sculptural form contrasts with the simple lines of the tabletop and reinforces the contemporary character of the dining set.

Upholstered Counter Height Chairs

Gray Velvet Upholstery

Each of the eight chairs features Gray velvet upholstery, bringing a contrasting fabric surface to the Black frames. The chair seats are softly upholstered, and the upholstered backs continue the look. The fabric is made from 100% polyester, combining the appearance of velvet with the set’s clean-lined design.

Footrests and Frames

Black wood chair frames coordinate with the table and keep the nine pieces visually connected. Built-in footrests complement the counter-height seating, while the upholstered seats provide a softer surface for dining. The chairs’ straight legs and simple profiles echo the table’s geometric lines without repeating its textured pedestal.

Materials and Finish

Wood Construction

The vendor describes the table and chairs as constructed from rubberwood, engineered wood and oak veneer. Medium-density fiberboard, or MDF, is also listed among the materials. The Black finish ties the wood components together, while the oak veneer remains a factual part of the construction rather than the name of the finish.

Upholstery and Foam

Velvet upholstery adds a fabric element to the chairs, and foam is included in the vendor’s material list. Together with the wood construction, these materials give the set a combination of firm structural surfaces and upholstered seating. The Gray fabric provides a contrast to the Black finish.

Table Dimensions and Assembly

The table measures 53.5 inches wide by 53.5 inches deep and 36.5 inches high. Its listed weight is 169.75 pounds. These measurements apply to the table only; chair dimensions are not provided in the supplied product record. The matching width and depth reflect the square tabletop.

Full assembly is required. The set consists of the counter-height dining table and eight chairs, bringing together the textured pedestal, Black frames and Gray upholstery in a single coordinated dining arrangement.
