Albacete Purple Velvet Sofa by Furniture of America

Albacete Purple Velvet Sofa

The Albacete sofa is a purple velvet three-seater with a champagne frame finish. Made by Furniture of America, it is a traditional statement piece for a living room.

Design and materials

• Upholstery: purple velvet
• Frame: solid wood and other materials, champagne finish
• Color: purple and champagne
• Style: traditional
• Size: 94.5″ x 48.25″ x 38.5″

Purple velvet with a champagne finish stands out, so keep the walls and rugs neutral. A sofa sets the tone of a living room, so choose pillows and a throw in a second color to adjust the look. Place a rug so the front legs of the sofa rest on it.

Sizing and placement

At 94.5 inches long, it needs a wall of about 8 feet. Leave about 18 inches between the sofa and the coffee table, and about 30 inches of walkway around it. Measure doorways and hallways on the way in, and compare the size above with your wall.

Style it with

The Albacete Dark Walnut Coffee Table and the Albacete End Table belong to the same collection. You can also see the Albacete Brown Velvet Sofa or browse all sofas.
